We've all been through a lot the past few months. Hopefully you and your loved ones are healthy and well.

Many of us may feel lost in a time warp (is it Blursday yet?) and pressured to do more, faster, right now. Our wheels are spinning but we're not sure if we are making progress. It can be tough to keep up  with all of the changes and the varying degrees of clarity.

In all of this ambiguity, one of the most important things we have learned recently is how important it is to simply slow the f*** down. In fact, it is essential for our mental and emotional health to make a little time and space to process what's happening. These moments to "rest and digest" are powerful for soothing the nervous system and nurturing our physical health, too.

We all deserve a pause to reflect.

So we're organizing a little one-hour mindful micro retreat to give you a chance to focus on you. Give yourself the gift of time to be selfish with a virtual experience focused on going inward.

You'll want to bring a journal and pen and a willingness to be compassionate with yourself.

Hosted by Tamara & Katrin.
